Amanda Maxwell M.A., CCC-SLP/LSpeech Language Pathologist

Amanda brings 20 years of expertise as a pediatric speech-language pathologist. Amanda received her Bachelors of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Illinois State University and her Masters of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Saint Louis University. Amanda is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), licensed in Illinois, and credentialed as an evaluator and provider in the Illinois Early Intervention program.

Amanda is dedicated to helping children reach their communication goals. With a background in early intervention, Amanda excels in utilizing play-based techniques to engage young learners in therapy. Amanda is passionate about supporting young children in their communication development.

Amanda specializes in early language development and treating speech production errors including phonological disorders and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Amanda is recognized by Apraxia Kids for Advanced Training and Expertise in Childhood Apraxia of Speech.

Amanda enjoys spending her time with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
